2. Product Warranties
All our products come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. Should any Born to Love product fail to meet your standards, simply return it for a full refund (excluding shipping). Please include a copy of your invoice and a note letting us know what went wrong.
After 30 days, we are happy to help put you in contact with the manufacturer for any additional manufacturer guarantees. We will do our best to resolve any disputes, if the manufacturer will not help.

3. Pricing & Price Matching
We do our best to provide you with a fair price on our products. However, should you find one of our products for a cheaper price at one of our Canadian competitors, we will be happy to price match.
Due to the low rate of exchange on the Canadian dollar, we are unable to make the same offer for our US competitors. However, this same low rate of exchange offers our US customers a great discount on our Canadian prices of about 35%!

4. Safe Shopping Guarantee
Our Safe Shopping Guarantee protects you when you purchase any products or services from Born to Love. You don't have to worry about the safety of your credit card information when dealing with us.
We guarantee that every transaction you make at borntolove.com will be 100% safe. You will pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your card as a result of using your credit card at borntolove.com.

Why can we make this guarantee?

1. We use secure technology to transmit your data. We use the industry standard secure server software called Secured Sockets Layer (SSL) for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.
2. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for up to $50.00, Born to Love will reimburse you for that full amount, up to the $50, of course.
There are three conditions:
(a) the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made at borntolove.com while using the secure server,
(b) you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures so that it can investigate, and
(c) you are a U.S. resident to whom the Fair Credit Billing Act applies.

If this guarantee is not sufficient to reassure you that using your credit card on this site will be safe, we have other means for you to make your secure payments, including calling us, mailing us, e-mailing us, printing out the order form, and faxing it to us. We truly believe the credit card payment is the safest and most convenient means for you, but we will be happy to accommodate your wishes.
