This alternative is much more environmentally (not to mention economically) sound than piling the kids into a ton and half of gas-greedy, exhaust-spewing steel and chrome, just to drive to the local mall. Life is complicated enough without struggling with kids and babies, trying to outwit traffic and jostling for a closer parking place.

Therefore, Born to Love offers the following services to make your shopping simple, clean and easy!

Contact us! We're as close as your telephone or computer, which makes shopping easier - and is a lot less tiring than running around town with a baby (or two!) in tow.

Shipping.... Relax. Your order will come to you and we won't charge your credit card or cash your cheque until the order is shipped, which in most cases, is within 72 hours. If you provide your e-mail address, you will receive a note once your order has been shipped, just to let you know.
If any unforeseen delay occurs and we are unable to ship within 30 days, you will be notified in writing, and given the option of canceling your order. Otherwise, it will be sent to you as soon as stocks are received. Items ordered together are not necessarily shipped together.

You want it when!? Your order will be shipped First Class or Expedited (depending on the size)within Canada, unless you specify otherwise. Outside of Canada, please specify whether you want AirMail or Surface shipping. The average size order takes 3-7 days within Canada, depending on far away we are shipping.
U.S. orders take about 7-10 days for Airmail, 2-4 weeks for surface mail. Contact us directly for shipping times on other foreign orders. All orders are shipped by Canada Post.
Please, when ordering be sure to include your mailing and delivery address. Without those we get migraine headaches and have to go to bed early. And if we have any questions about your order, it really helps if you would include an e-mail address and/or a phone number.

Rush. Rush. Rush. We understand. Sometimes you need it yesterday. Expedited shipping rates are available. Naturally you must pay extra for extra speed.
Not to worry, our flat rate for Canada is only $3.00(Pst).
This is in addition to your regular shipping cost.

A word about packaging... If you have placed a previous order, you'll know Born to Love has been recycling long before it became fashionable. Orders are shipped in envelopes made from recycled materials or padded envelopes and boxes arriving at our office in good condition are used again.
Our newsprint catalogue has always been recyclable, unlike fancy full-colour catalogues. Further, since 1984 our catalogues have been printed by Delta Web Graphics, a printing plant at the forefront of low and non-polluting printing technology.

Gift certificates. You know within the pages of this catalogue hides the perfect gift for that someone special. Unfortunately you have never been one for major gift decisions. That's OK, not everyone is. So, to simplify your indecision, we offer our own gift certificate.
Just specify the quantity and amount - and we'll send it in an envelope with a copy of our latest catalogue. We call this our stress-free gift program.

Gift wrapping. Oh, dear! Isn't it enough that you bought them this wonderful gift! Do they expect you to wrap it too? Not when you shop with Born to Love. We are eagerly waiting to wrap your purchase in beautiful cloth bags. (OK, we're not eager, but we'll do it at a cost of $5.00 (Pst) per bag.) We'll even enclose a gift card with your personal message.
And, if you don't want our special gift wrap, we're also happy to enclose the gift card at no charge. Some items may be too large to gift wrap.

Taxed to death! All items listed in this catalogue marked (Pst) are 8% sales taxable to Ontario Residents ONLY. Shipping and Expedited charges are also taxable items.
Taxes do not apply to gift certificates, or orders shipped outside of Canada.

Don't like it? We not only search for unique and helpful products, but the quality of each item is equally important. However, we realize that, upon receiving your order, what you thought you were getting - might not have matched up with what you got.
Or what you got was in several pieces when it was supposed to be in one. No matter. Return it for an exchange, credit or full refund (less shipping costs) within 30 days.

We do require the product be in the new, unused, unwashed condition in which you received it. You should also enclosed a copy of your sales slip, reason for return (we need to know where we went wrong!) and your name and return address. You'd be surprised at the number of returns, orders and catalogue requests we receive without an address or last name.
