If you go to your listing (start at the top index and drill down until you view your full details), look in the URL in the address box of your browser for your ID number - it will look like this:

fulldetails.php3?liens_id=46
So the company ID number is 46
When you click on "Modify My Listing", there is a link there called "Forgot Your Password?". If you click on it, it will send your password to your email address.

Earth Baby has been really great. Kelli is very easy and nice to deal with, you can order on line or on the phone. I keep going back to her because it always turns out she's got what I am looking for, and at reasonable prices: Started with diapers (Chinese Prefolds) and covers (Polar Babies). Then went back for cloth wipes (twice). Then went back for nursing bras. Then went back for a sling. You get the idea.
Also, after reading this page extensively, I had some ideas of what I might want. I communicated over e-mail with Kelli, asking questions and getting advice on cloth diaper choices and care. She was very helpful (and supportive). Highly recommended.

Earthbaby's shipment was kinda sloppy, I have to say. After receiving Green Mtn's package, I thought that would be the norm. Everything was just kind of thrown in the box with an invoice that had no instructions whatsoever on returning anything. I did want to return a few things, ie. the Hemp prefolds, don't like those at all! Other than that there wasn't any other problem.

Kelli at Earthbaby has been absolutely wonderful.
She has been working with me for the last 3 months ~ walking me through my "first-time" shopping spree. She was very patient when I was undecided for weeks and even gave me names other companies to check out. She is honestly dedicated to cloth diapering and helping mom's make the best choice for their babies. I can't say enough about her customer service.
