HELP! I've lost my company ID &/or password!
If you go to your listing (start at the top index and drill down until you view your full details), look in the URL in the address box of your browser for your ID number - it will look like this:
http://borntolove.com/resources/
fulldetails.php3?liens_id=46
So the company ID number is 46
When you click on "Modify My Listing", there is a link there called "Forgot Your Password?". If you click on it, it will send your password to your email address.

Hello, I am the office manager for Little Koala, and I would like to just take a second to respond to the most recent review of our site. We were very distressed to find out that someone had a negative experience with us. Customer service and prompt order fulfillment are two things we take very seriously, because we deeply value our customers. We have a strong history of pleased customers, as you can read from the other postings.
With all of this in mind, we looked into this matter, and we found no record of any order placed by that woman at any point in our invoice history. We do regret the fact that she had a bad experience, but it seems possible that she might be confusing us with someone else.
