HELP! I've lost my company ID &/or password!
If you go to your listing (start at the top index and drill down until you view your full details), look in the URL in the address box of your browser for your ID number - it will look like this:
http://borntolove.com/resources/
fulldetails.php3?liens_id=46
So the company ID number is 46
When you click on "Modify My Listing", there is a link there called "Forgot Your Password?". If you click on it, it will send your password to your email address.

I place an order that was to be a baby shower gift with Snugglebundle well in advance of when I needed it. After not hearing anything for 2 weeks I got an e-mail stating that there was a problem with their credit card server and I should send them my information again. Not wanting to e-mail my #, I tried e-mailing back and explaining this and also tried calling their 800 #. I've received no reponse and must assume that my order was cancelled. I will not be attempting to purchase anything else from this company. Luckily another wonderful company came through for me on short notice!

I had a bad experience with the company Snugglebundle recently -- in June of 1999. I called the company and requested some wholesale information about their organic and untreated cotton prefold diapers.
I spoke at length with the owner -- who was very friendly -- and she said that the untreated diapers were available for wholesale. I gave her my mailing information and patiently waited for a response. After two weeks of not hearing anything, I decided to contact the company again. A very unfriendly person answered the phone and replied that Snugglebundle doesn't sell wholesale. I was rather surprised and I wonder about the company's organization and customer service.
I don't have any intention of doing business with this company in the future retail or wholesale.

Snugglebundle - Very unhappy with the service. I ordered a sample diaper and after waiting two weeks, I e-mailed to check on it. I was told that it was in the mail. After nearly four weeks - still no diaper. My request for information went unanswered for nearly a week. I was then told that they had never sent the diaper and were discontinuing the plushies. grrr.

I ordered some terry flannel diapers from Snugglebundle which I like, as well as a few covers. It took about three weeks for my order to arrive.

I have ordered from Babyworks, Snugglebundle, Baby Bunz, and The Babylane. They all have fast and helpful service, especially Snugglebundle. I ordered something from them on a Friday and I had my diaper cover by Tuesday!
