I did not like the Baby Love diapers because they are so small, and I hated the fold over part in the front (very ugly). -- Kathleen (Feb 17/00)

I bought 6 Baby Softwear one size diapers at the Ebay auction. I have to say I absolutely love them!!! I love them so much I purchased the pattern and now I'm in the process of collecting the materials needed to make 40 more. The pattern is really easy to follow (I'm a beginning sewer). I've also tried the 100% cotton Nikky wrap. Absolutely love it although I can't afford a whole supply of them. They work perfectly with the Softwear diapers and aren't really all that bulky. I'm very pleased with my purchases and highly recommend both products to everyone. -- Jennifer Moreno (Nov 21/99)

An update on my Baby Love One-Size Fitted Diapers: I am *less* than perfectly satisfied with these (and with BabyLove Products service) now that I've had them a while. While I still like the fit and the absorbency, I would NOT buy the AIO-type diapers with the built-in nylon covers again, as the nylon bits began to delaminate and leak after about a month of washing (even though I followed all the washing instructions given by the manufacturer) so that I had to buy separate diaper covers anyhow and I have sacrificed the quicker drying time and easier washing of the all-cotton diapers (since they aren't supposed to go in a hot dryer, etc).
My advice would be to buy the regular Baby Loves without the nylon covers, as the nylon covers just didn't work out for me and ended up costing me extra money for the original purchase, extra trouble in laundering, extra energy and time to dry, extra shopping because I ended up having to buy covers anyhow. And don't expect BabyLove to go out on a limb for you if you don't have good luck with the diapers. -- Grace Gooding (Oct 12/99)

I used Baby Softwear One-Size Fitted diapers for about 6 months. They do provide an excellent fit; we had very few "blowouts". But they are not absorbant at all. After the first month we were using terry doublers (the Softwear doubler are 100% flannel and not absorbant). After 6 months we gave up due to absorbancy problems and switched to other diapers. The flannel was also pretty worn at this stage. -- Ann (Sept 27/99)

I love the Softwear diapers that I ordered from Baby Love products. They hold in my breastfed babies bm's beautifully! -- Johanna Long (Sept 3/99)

Baby Love -- I got the Baby Love One Size Fitted diapers with the built-in waterproof covers (and some of the same with the additional dry skin liners and some Baby Softwear extra absorbency pads, for using at night and other extended periods) and I LOVE them. If they hold up as well as I'm hoping (I just got them this week), they are going to be SUPER and even if they only last through one baby (and actually, my son is already a year old--we just switched to cloth) they are still a great deal. They ended up costing me between $3-$4 US each and I don't need to buy any covers! That is the best price I saw for AIO's in my research. They fit my son well, don't leak, aren't HUGE (his clothes still fit, mostly), and look pretty darn cute too. And they are SO EASY compared to using covers. Oh, they dry in about an hour in my dryer on permanent press--they have a center fold-out panel which you can adjust toward the front for boys or more toward the center for girls, this means they dry pretty fast even with the nylon cover. -- Grace Gooding (Aug 7/99)

Absolutely love the Baby Softwear Diapers. Excellent fit, price, washes extremely well. -- Laura Fletcher
