Bumkins Wraps Reviews
ADD A NEW REVIEW:
I have tried about half a dozen different diaper covers (not the AIOs) and love Bumpkins best. They are cheap, easy to clean, fast to dry, stain resistant, have super strong Velcro® and come in cute colors and prints. I highly recommend them. -- Christy in Salt Lake City (Jan 31/00)
The Bumkins newborn diaper cover was awful!! My daughter would slip right out of it, and she was a normal sized baby. The diaper would bunch up and slip down. -- Diane (Oct 29/99)
I have just started using cloth, and am using the Gerber DSQ that BabyJ recommended. They are working great for me! I use them along with the Bumkins wrap cover and I love them! I haven't had one leak--even overnight and with diarrhea! I also use the Kushies flushable liners because you can toss them in the toilet if they are soiled. If they are just wet on, you can actually wash them and lay then out to dry and re-use them, something I find to be very cost-effective. I plan to try the Bumkins all in one next, and can't wait. I will keep using the pre-folds as my foundation, though. -- Kelly Roberts, Ocala, FL (Oct 13/99)
I hated the Bumkins vented cover, the Velcro® irritated his skin something terrible (I'm beginning to hate Velcro® period). I don't care for any of the Bumkins products at all. The AIO leaked something terrible at night, even with a doubler. -- Shannon Poston (Sept 30/99)
I also love the Bumkin vented covers that I got from Lisa at The Baby Lane...they are so trim fitting but work equally well with a DSQ prefold or a fitted diaper, both of which I use...I have had not leaks with them and love the vent on the back and the lightweight material that they are made of. -- Laura Yeatts
Covers I Love: Prowraps, Bumpkins, ME Airflows.
I have the most leakproofness with the Bumkins vented covers. I LOVE them! I know I can count on that cover not to leak at night. -- Julie Hill
BUMKINS - The vented Velcro® covers tend to allow moisture to leak/wick through the vent, especially with heavy nightime sleeping and if you're not careful to cover the vent. -- Laura (Jul 31/99)
I love my Bumkins AIO, but they are prohibitively (is that a word?) expensive! If they were cheaper, I'd have a ton of them. I also like their vented wraps with prefolds for my newborn! Cute prints, too. -- mitchsmom (Jul 22/99)
I love the Bumkins Velcro® cover. -- Victoria Gabhart (Jul 7/99)
Bumkins covers - This is my favorite cover. It makes pinning prefolds unneccesary. Everything tucks in nicely and stays dry. -- Vicki
Bumkins vented diaper wraps are excellent! They cost more than a lot of others, but the Velcro® is strong, the material is light and the vent allows air to get in but they are totally waterproof. The Velcro® doesn't scratch my baby either, because of the tab design. -- Mom of two
