PAST REVIEWS:

Cottonkids XL diapers: I used these when I wanted an inexpensive step up from prefolds. These fit my son's chunky thighs great. They are very large for toddler use. They have too much tummy room for us though. These are simple to use, simple to clean. Make changes fast and easy. -- Heather Heilman (June 3/01)

I've been using a couple of Cotton Kids that I ordered a few weeks ago and have generally been disappointed with the quality and workmanship on the diaper. The threading is loose and the diaper doesn't seem to have much shape. I don't think these will last through more than one child. Even using a small I can't seem to get the legs tight enough and it leaves floppy ends of material when snapped on the tightest fitting. In addition, we had one of the first leaks since starting cloth diapers! -- Kelly Stewart (June 13/00)

I hated Cotton Kid diapers. They were not at all absorbent, and the snaps around the waist left a huge gap. I could not use them because they leaked too much, and the snaps were too stiff. This is definitely a lousy diaper. -- Melanie Munford (Dec 29/99)

The Cotton Kids work great, especially for nighttime with an Aristocrat, even better than Sandys or Popolinos. I am very satisfied and plan to order some more. -- Lisa (Oct 16/99)

Love the Cotton Kid diapers I got from Dewey'z Dipes. Good absorbacy, good fit. But they do run really big! My baby is about 16lbs and will still fit in a small for a while! -- Karen M. (Oct 16/99)

I was especially pleased with the Aristocrat soakers and Cotton Kid diapers. -- Sophie (Jul 2/99)

Love Cotton Kids, Zippidy's are pretty good, Darla's fitted diapers are wonderful. -- Penny Ewing

Zippity's and Cotton Kids from Choosey Diapers... I really like both of these diapers a lot. They are both very absorbent and soft flannel. The Cotton Kid is a little more absorbent and very good on breastfed poops, I have not had a leak with either of these diapers. -- Laura Yeatts

I love the Cotton Kid fitted diapers. The flannel is soft and absorbent, the snaps are heavy-duty and the elastic doesn't seem to be too enthusiastic, although I can't really tell. I bought them in size L for my 18+lb toddler. The size range listed at Born to Love for these is 15-30 lbs, but she swims in these. I managed to make them work by not using the snaps and getting them snug with the use of a Bummis wrap. I think when she grows into these I'll love them -- Tammy Collins-Prasol

Diapers I Love: ME Sandy, Cottonkids, Bumpkins AIO, Buoy AIO, Zippity. -- Robin Smith
